We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you or deliver a project, after which it is deleted.

Quotes & scope

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins, and any changes to project scope may affect cost and timeline.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed in writing for each project before work starts. Details will vary by project size and are not fixed for all engagements.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom-built software transfers to the client upon full payment. Blackwell retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

Liability

Blackwell will make reasonable efforts to deliver secure, functional software, but cannot guarantee software will be entirely free of defects. Liability is limited to the value of the project fee paid.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
